We collect data in order to provide a service. When you contact AlphaBiolabs we keep a record of your communication to help solve any questions or issues you may be facing. Records may be in the form of phone recordings, email or notes on your case file. We require personal data when an appointment is made, an order is placed and paid for, or to complete orders; we cannot deliver the service without it.
