AlphaBiolabs (referred to as “AlphaBiolabs”, “Company”, “it”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our customers, including visitors to our Website at https://www.alphabiolabs.us/ (the “Website”). Therefore, we have established this Privacy Notice (“Notice”) to help you better understand how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your Personal Data. This Notice does not apply to workforce-related Personal Data collected from employees or similar individuals (e.g., contractors or temporary employees).

Sensitive Data includes, but is not limited to: genetic data, information concerning your health, sex life or sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, financial account credentials, social security or driver’s license or state ID number, precise geolocation data, and others. “Sale” means the disclosure of Personal Data to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. “Sharing” means the disclosure of Personal Data to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration.
This Notice applies to Personal Data, which includes Sensitive Data, received by AlphaBiolabs in any way, including through our Websites.
This Notice does not apply to any user activity on any third-party websites, plug-ins or applications that may link to or be accessible from our Websites. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements, even if our name or logo appears on such websites. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE OBTAIN IT
We may collect the following types of Personal Data from you in the following ways:
When Voluntarily Submitted
AlphaBiolabs collects Personal Data that you voluntarily provide to us through your decision to contact AlphaBiolabs and/or become an AlphaBiolabs customer. The categories of Personal Data we may collect from you include: (a) Identifiers, such as your first and last name, date of birth, phone number(s), email address, physical and/or mailing address, and state of residence; (b) Commercial information, such as purchase history and information regarding your marketing preferences; (c) Financial information, such as credit/debit card details; (d) Internet or network activity information, such as browsing history and interactions with our Website; (e) Geolocation data; (f) Inferences drawn from the above categories; and (g) Pseudonymous data or aggregate and anonymized data.
We also collect some Sensitive Data including, but not limited to, DNA sample/profile, sex at birth, ethnic origin, and genetic data. Under applicable state privacy laws, we will obtain your express consent before collecting or processing your Sensitive Data. You may limit or withdraw your consent to the processing of Sensitive Data at any time by contacting us using the information provided in the “Who We Are and How to Contact Us” section or by adjusting your preferences in your account settings.
We will not ask you for Sensitive Data unless it is necessary to provide you with the services you have signed up for. You should not provide Sensitive Data to us unless we specifically request it.
Collected Automatically
When you visit and navigate through our Websites, some data that is considered Personal Data is automatically collected. This includes the following:

MANAGING YOUR MARKETING PREFERENCES

At any time, you may withdraw your consent to be contacted for marketing purposes by (1) adjusting your marketing preferences in your profile, (2) following the opt-out instructions on any marketing message sent to you, or (3) contacting us at any time via info@alphabiolabsusa.com.
DISCLOSURES AND TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may share your Personal Data with our affiliates and trusted business partners to assist us in providing our services to you. We may also disclose and/or transfer your Personal Data based on your instructions. The categories of third parties with whom we may share your Personal Data include: (a) service providers who perform services on our behalf; (b) business partners who offer products or services jointly with us; (c) affiliates within our corporate family; and (d) professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, and insurers. AlphaBiolabs does not sell your Personal Data for monetary consideration. AlphaBiolabs does not share your Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. For legal reasons, we will share Personal Data with companies, organizations, or individuals outside AlphaBiolabs if we have a belief in good faith that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
- meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
- enforce applicable Terms of Use including investigation of potential breach.
- detect, prevent or otherwise address, criminal activity, fraud, security or technical issues.
- protect against harm, or if we feel that there is a safeguarding issue, as permitted by law.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We implement administrative, physical and technical measures designed to assist in maintaining the security and confidentiality of Personal Data; safeguarding against anticipated threats to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Personal Data; and protecting Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized access or disclosure.
Note that because the transmission of data over the Internet is not completely secure, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Data is secure when you transmit information to us and you acknowledge that you make such transfers at your own risk.

- Right to correct inaccurate data – If you find that the Personal Data we have about You is incorrect, please let us know how it should be corrected. To the extent we have shared your Personal Data, we will take steps to inform recipients of the correction unless it is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. If applicable, and upon your request, we will also tell you with whom we have shared your Personal Data so you may contact them directly.
- Right to delete information – With some exceptions, you can ask us to delete the Personal Data we store about you. To the extent we have shared your Personal Data, we will take steps to inform recipients of your request when it is possible. If applicable, and upon your request, we will also tell you with whom we have shared your Personal Data so you may contact them directly.
- Right to data portability – When you have provided Personal Data directly to us, and we process that information on the basis of consent or the performance of a service, you have the right to receive the Personal Data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Data – You have the right to request that We limit the use and disclosure of Your Sensitive Data.
- Right to opt-out of sale or sharing – You have the right to opt out of the sale of your Personal Data or the sharing of your Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. To exercise this right, you may submit a request by contacting us using the information in the “Who We Are and How to Contact Us” section. We will also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals or other universal opt-out mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
- Right to withdraw consent – You have the right to withdraw Your consent allowing Us to use or disclose Your Personal Data.
- Right to exercise Your privacy rights – You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising Your applicable privacy rights.
- Right to appeal – If we decline to take action on your request, you have the right to appeal our decision. To appeal, please contact us using the information in the “Who We Are and How to Contact Us” section within a reasonable period after receiving our decision. We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied, we will provide you with information on how to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.

If you would like to submit a request in accordance with the rights above, please contact us at quality@alphabiolabs.com. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof that you gave the agent signed permission to submit the request, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, which may be extended by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary). To verify your request, we may ask you to provide information that matches Personal Data we have on file about you.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Websites are not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Children under 18 are not authorized to become an AlphaBiolabs customer or sign up for services or otherwise provide any Personal Data without consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals in this age group without the requisite consent. We reserve the right to delete any information identified as having been improperly provided by persons under the age of 18 at our discretion.
CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
We may make changes to this Notice from time to time. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Notice on our Website. Our most current Notice will appear on this page. If we make material changes to this Notice, we notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the homepage of our Website.
DO NOT TRACK AND OTHER SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We will honor Do Not Track (“DNT”), Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), and other similar opt-out preference signals recognized under applicable law. When we detect such a signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Data linked to that browser or device.
