You may have the following rights regarding your Consumer Health Data, subject to applicable law: (1) the right to confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your Consumer Health Data; (2) the right to access your Consumer Health Data; (3) the right to request deletion of your Consumer Health Data; and (4) the right to withdraw any consent you have provided for the collection or sharing of your Consumer Health Data. Data Retention

We retain your Consumer Health Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide you with services, to comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. When Consumer Health Data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or de-identify it.
Sale of Consumer Health Data
We do not sell your Consumer Health Data without first obtaining your valid authorization.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated notice on our website and updating the “last updated” date. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.
